Kook de prei beetgaar, 3- 5 minuten in kokend water. Snij de kipfilet in blokjes. Maak intussen de Vinaigrette als volgt. Meng de olie met mosterd, thijn, ui, peper (versgemalen) en zout. Meng dit met sinaasappel vocht en meng goed door tezamen met de witte wijn azijn. Meng de linzen met de kip, de prei en overgiet met de vinaigrette.
